Should we start again?

Terrible! absolutely terrible! two away draws and now we're 12th in the league. So who's fault is this? us as bobotoh, the management, the players or the boards? well technically, its everybody's fault. and when i said everybody, that doesn't include the referee.

What did we do? every season, we kept saying Persib MUST win the league. and everytime persib lost a game, especially at home, especially against rival persija, we went ballistic! not just in the stadium, but outside aswell, now just think, why are we vandalising a bandungner car just because it had a jakarta based license plate? Idiots, we're just idiots!

The management? Jaya Hartono is a great manager, for Deltras, but i dont think for Persib. He brings fresh air to the ground by using 4-4-2 and thats great. but the thing is, the players are not "professional" enough to use a new tactic, they rather play the old fashion way, the 3-5-2.

The boards are responsible too. By giving Jaya Hartono a Win the league target in just a year. not including Umuh Muhtar's comments in the media made the team morale down

last, the players. if they're actually a professional player than they would have not say something like "i want to play or i will leave at the next transfer window". you know you cant do that because you're still in contract with persib and only the manager can decide that. and also stuff like "I dont like the position, i want to play in my old position or i will leave"

Should we start making plans for next season or should we make one for the second round of this season. Manager change? well only if Jaya Hartono actually fail. possible candidates? Well i want a foreign manager who had experience winning trophies and work well with youngsters. I recomend:
  1. Julio Cesar Ribas ( Former Oman National Team Manager)
  2. Bruno Metsu (UAE National Team Manager)
  3. Annop Singtotong (Chonburi FC Thailand)
  4. Richard Bok (SAFFC Singapore)
  5. Bob Houghton (India National Team Manager)
  6. Toninho Cerezo (Al-Shabab UAE)
The players? since every season we kept signing foreign player and ended up running out of money, next season should be a fresh start. maybe with no foreign player at all, and keep most of the current squad, add some youngsters like dias angga putra, andrie kurniawan and jaenal abidin who are currently playing for Persib U-21. The squad should only consist on 22 player so it is enough to have a training game and its not too many. Based on the 3-5-2 tactics, I recomend the player that should be in the 2009/2010 squad:

GK Tema Mursadat
GK Eddy Kurnia
DC Nova Arianto
DC Edi Hafid
DC Waluyo
DC Wildansyah
DC Maman Abdurahman
DC Chanda Yusuf
DM Hariono
DM Suwita Patha
MC Eka Ramdani
MC Jaenal Abidin (Persib U-21)
MC Dias Angga Putra (Persib U-21)
MC Asep Sutisna (Persib U-21)
MR Gilang Angga
MR Atep
ML Siswanto
ML Irwan Wijasmara
ST Zaenal Arif
ST Airlangga
ST Andrie Kurniawan (Persib U-21)
ST Rudi Geovani (Persib U-21)

GK = Goalkeeper
DC = Defender Centre
DM = Defensive Midfielder
MC = Midfielder Centre
MR = Midfielder Right
ML = Midfielder Left
ST = Striker

I think, at the moment the main issue of this club is about how the coach rotate his players.The failure in doing rotation resulting disharmony among the players. A listed players who regularly included in starting eleven take everything for granted, they dot not totaly show what they have. Unlike Deltras, Persib is a big club with many great players in the squad.

There is an obligation for Persib to always win the game when they play against its big enemies such as PSMS. Performing well and win the battle is a must and there is no compromise!

was quiet a lil bit suprised seeing this blog. a bobotoh from oman. interesting.
assalamualaikum kang!
lets talk about persib, as far as i know, the main problem in persib is not the skill of the coach or the player. me personaly have no doubt about this factor. persib have all the skill factor to win the cup. what else do we need?
is it managerial thing that cause persib like this? only God knows, Wallahualam..

greetings from bandung
